I had a wonderful stay at Grand Beyazit. The location was perfect for exploring the main attractions and it's close to the tram line. The staff, especially Farhaad, Furqaan, and Fayrooz, were very pleasant and always ready to help. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and I really appreciated the sea view from my sister's room.

Great location, just a short walk from major attractions and public transportation. Breakfast had a good variety of options and was served in a pleasant lounge area. The assistance provided by the staff when we had questions or needed help was satisfactory.
The rooms were quite small and lacked storage space for luggage. The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, with humidity and a lack of proper cleaning.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this place. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the historic area and near to all the main tourist destinations. The room service was impeccable, with a range of services from car hire to airport shuttle, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. The staff were exceptional, particularly Turgut the manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel amenities such as the spa & wellness centre, sauna, public bath and fitness centre added to our enjoyable stay. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected during our travels.
Recommended for families, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we cannot fault it at all.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Grand Bazaar, just a short walk away. It is also close to the tramway, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing us with information about the local attractions. The breakfast had a variety of options, and the view from the room was pleasant.
There were some issues with the transfer shuttle service, resulting in us being dropped off at the wrong airport.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always there to assist us. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of the city, close to shops and the Grand Bazaar. We could easily explore on foot or take a taxi arranged by the hotel. The spa hammam was a highlight, with a skilled and amazing therapist. The hotel was clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay.
We felt so comfortable during our stay that we had no reason to complain.
